Paste any AI answer. Keep it.

KnotJot is a calm notepad for what you get from ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Paste it in clean, keep it in tabs, and copy it out shaped for Word, email, WhatsApp or Slack.

Your data is yours. Your notes never reach us — not encrypted, not in a backup. There's nowhere for us to look.

What it does

Made for answers you want to keep.

AI chats scroll away. Copy-paste into Word drags the grey boxes along. KnotJot sits in between.

Pastes in clean

Headings, lists, tables, code and maths come through from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Word and Google Docs. The clutter doesn't. Each paste is stamped with when and where it came from.

Copies out for anywhere

One click shapes the note for where it's going, so bold stays bold and tables stay tables.

A real notebook

Small on the surface. Deep when you need it.

Everything opens instantly, and nothing asks you to set it up first.

Questions

The short answers.

Do I need an account?

No. Open the page and start typing. There's no sign-up, no email, no password to remember.

Where are my notes stored?

On your device, inside your browser, and in your own Google Drive if you sign in with Google. KnotJot has no server that holds your notes. You can also keep them as Markdown files in a folder you choose, or download any note.

What if I clear my browser?

Clearing site data removes the notes from that browser, the same as any local app. Download the ones that matter, or keep them in a folder from More → Open folder.

Can I use it on my phone too?

Yes, it works in your phone's browser and installs to the home screen. Sign in with Google on each device and your notes sync through your own Google Drive.

Is it really free?

Yes. No trial, nothing to buy.

Your next good answer deserves a home.
